Our Story
22 Waters was founded by Nicole Thayer in 2019. Nicole started as a freelancer who wanted to bring her clients the best results possible. She had a passion for supporting businesses and serving her clients with integrity and creativity. Year after year, the business grew, and eventually Nicole realized she needed some help if she wanted to maintain a standard of excellence.
What started as a one-woman shop quickly grew into a team of hungry minds. In 2022, Nicole brought on two additional team members, and what once was Thayer Marketing became something new. After a rebrand and a new name, 22 Waters continues to grow. We can’t wait to see what’s next!
